Help on Networking my PCs

Hi you all, I was wondering if it is possible to network my 2 computers. THey are about exactly the same computer. PIII 700mhz, also they have the same 56k modem. My question here is, is it possible to use my 2 modems and network the together so both could go online at the same time?

Yes, you can have 1 PC connected to the internet thru it's modem, and both PCs can share that 1 connection and get on the internet at the same time...
