Help on MSI Neo2 Platinum and slow video problem

Here's my setup:

AMD 3200+ 939
MSI Neo2 Platinum, latest bios, flashed last nigh
1 Gig (2x512 Corsair Value Rams) Slot 1 and 2, I'll will try to change to slot 3 and 4
BFG 6800 OC, Nvidia 77.72 drivers
Antec 350watt PSU

I'm getting really low score (low as in 1000) in 3DMark05... 🙁

It's not the video card because I pop the BFG 6800OC into my P4 1.8 system with 512 ram and a smaller PSU and got a 2882 score in 3DMark05!

It must be motherboard because I ran a bunch of CPU benchmarks and all came back much higher than my P4 1.8 system.

Anybody have any ideas? I have been playing around with a lot of different things and nothing seems to works. It's driving me crazy, I can't sleep, I can't work, I can't play my games until I fix this problem. Any ideas, tips would be appreciates.

I'm embarrass to admit that it's the chipset drivers. What happened was that I updated the chipset driver through MSI's utility program that update bios and drivers. Their most up to date version was 5.06 or something like that.

I updated the nForce drivers from nvidia up to 5.10 and that fixed everything. 3DMark05 scores went from 1000 to 3850. LOL. This is my first amd system after building 6 Intel systems. Live and learn, thanks for your help Andres3605.
