Help on Intel DG965RY

I am using Intel DG965RY mobo with E6400. I ordered 2 x 1 Gig sticks @ 667 Mhz G.SKILL MEM 1G| F2-5400PHU1-1GBLA (http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16820231049 ) memory which is supposed to operate on 1.8V but apparently doesnt. I get 3 long beeps (no memory detected).

Does anybody know compatible memory or have any suggestions?
