Help on Intel Confidential cpus

any one can explain me how to read thoses s-specs ,they are not the same on the normal locked cpus

Intel Confidential QW39ES 0015P005-0352 COSTA RICA 80526PZ933256

and

Intel Confidential QX99ES 00279061-0012 COSTA RICA 80526PZ933256

The QW39 is a cB0 933mhz / 133mhz FSB. It's Slot 1.

The QX99 is a cC0 933mhz / 133mhz FSB. It is also a Slot 1 chip.

Oh, I should mention that the equivalent S-specs of these chips are as follows:

QW39 = SL448 or SL47Q

QX99 = SL4BT
