Help on how to change ram latency on ga-k8n pro

Okay, I am stuck here now. I can't seem to figure out how to change the ram voltage and latency in my bios. I got a giga-byte k8n pro mobo. I tried looking around in bios but nothing. I also pressed the ctrl+f1 to bring advanced features, and there is where you mess with that stuff, but i dont want to since I dunno how. I need to change the voltage to 2.85 , but the max it let me change it to is 2,7V and 3-4-4-8. ANy help would be great.
