Help on Flashing Bios

Hey guys, I have a Gigabyte DS3 and not quite sure how to flash the bios. I downloaded the bios from the website and I don't really know where to go from here. I'm typing on my laptop at the moment because I can't get the internet to work on my new computer yet. Keep in mind I don't have a floppy drive. Thank you so much for your time.
