Help on deciding between 2 2.4c's for OC.

Hi, I have a choice of either P4 2.4c to use. I want to get a 1:1 overclock, nothing big or record setting. I want to try to keep stock voltage and use Zalman 7000alcu. At best I'm hoping for 250FSB so 3gigahertz. Thank you in advance!

Of those two I think that the SL6Z3 is the better OC'er. Don't hold me on that since I'm an AMD person.

Both should do 3.0Ghz/250fsb on default no problems. As long as you use a good overclocking motherboard such as an Abit or Asus.

I've actcually have had both and still use my SL6Z3 2.4 at 3.4 on default vcore. Use it 24/7 completely prime95 stable with 2 instances (for HyperThreading) and everything else like gaming, and all my work apps I throw at it.
