I built my girlfriend's pc with a core i3-4130. We tried running it after we fixed the Optical Drive, but the HD graphics 4400 suck. Which is good $150-$200 GPU that wont bottleneck with the CPU? BTW, the monitor res is 1920 x 1080p (1080p.)

A radeon 270 would be an ideal match for it. But, I think a 7850 for only $110 after MIR is the best bang for the buck at the moment. A 270 is not a very significant step up in performance, but it is a pretty significant step up in price. About 40% price increase for only a 10-15% performance increase.

Either one of those two would be a perfect match for a Haswell i3 and 1080p. I certainly wouldn't pay $170-180 for a 270 though. I paid $140 for mine (open box from newegg) and unless you can find a similar deal, I would not recommend it over a $110 7850 2GB.
