Help on an old Laptop

I am trying to get the floppy to work again on an old Samsung sens 800. When you 1st boot a message comes up and says

Notebois partion or file doesn't exsist.
Save to disk feature disabled.

Any ideas how to create the notebios partions....I have created new partions with the label notebios....also have ran phdisk and still nothing thanks in adv...
