Okay, I'm looking at some Alienware laptops (not the new Area 51M 7700, but the Area 51M 766) because I'd really like one. However, I've been reading a lot about Alienware and the customer service that they offer and I'm torn apart now. Many people say that their systems are all hype and break down easily, while others say that its the best system that they have ever owned. Can anyone help me? I mean a friend of my loves his Area 51m 766 while another friend says his wasnt that great. What I want to know is, have any of you guys ever owned or own an Alienware system (laptop, not desktop) and what do you think about the system and customer service? I don?t care about the customer service as much because if I eventually get the laptop, it will be from someone used and the service wont matter anyway. But I do care about the system. If I'm going to spend money on a Alienware laptop, I want to get my moneys worth. Your opinions will help greatly.
