Currently running a Papst 60mm on a Swiftech MC370-OA (old version) but it is too loud.

Can anyone recommend a good fan.

Specifications for Papst are: 33 CFM - Rotation speed: 6850 RPM - Noise level: 43 dB

FAR TOO LOUD for me

has to be a 60mm with 4pin connections

You could try a Panaflo 60mm fan. I got one from PCmods.com. I put one of these in a Micro-ATX tower that only had a 60mm case fan opening and its almost whisper quiet. The ones from the aforementioned website I believe come with just bare wires, but you can order a replacement 4-pin connector wire from them for .99 ! :)

Hope this helps!

hi guys,
I have the same problem too. I checked the website above.
can Panaflo 60mm Low Fan (14.1 CFM) do the job well? or we need a Panaflo 60mm High Fan ?

The fan OcUK sent me with my SK6 is a YSTech and is very quiet (its not the 27CFM one, it spins at something like 3400rpm). They might sell them seperately. Also try tekheads.co.uk and theoverclockingstore.co.uk.

Nice one.
I decided to keep the Swiftech heatsink as it does a grand job I thinks.
I bought a Thermaltake TT-6025A-2B with Air Flow 31 CFM, 28 dB(A) noise level and 4550 RPM.

After getting that together I relised it was still noisy.
So I unplugged the heatsin/fan and left just 4 Evercool fans going quickly turning it off, but it was still noisy.
Then unplugged everything and relised it is the psu fan.
Using Antec SX840 with p* model psu.

Is it possible to get a just as good fan one without messy things up too much???
