back ground

i bought

an 35n ultra

2500+ mobile

1gig of elixer ram ( which i'll rma outpost deal)

i'm running all that in cheap 300W value psu

it was running fine.. i had it at 200 * 10.5

v core at 1.70

ram core at auto

then it started to go bad.

first my monitor will go off line then whole system would lock up

it makes *long beep follow by tow short beeps.

I can still boot my computer but it restart after 1min or two.

I shut it down and tryied lower setting.

question 1. what's wring with it? PSU? RAM? CPU? WRONG voltage setting? timing on the ram too tight? bad mobo

question 2. what is spec. spread? do i set it in disable or enable

question 3. cas rating... tweaking timing.... v core... are all new to me... where can i read a guide abou that???? Overclock 101

funny how they never notice the "DO NOT POST TROUBLESHOOTING QUESTIONS IN THE HIGHLY TECHNICAL FORUM" sign... i guess we were all at that stage once upon a time, so can't be too hard on 'em:)

Video card, I'd say (I don't think that there is a rule to not post troubleshooting answers)
