What is the best bios to use when overclocking?

Checkout my specs below, i have an axia with codes

AMD Athlon
A1200AMs3C
AXIA0108SPFW
95029550761

and i used to be able to oc to 1.43 but not very stable, i am using crucial pc133 cl2 ram... 2 sticks of 128, checkout all of my other specs below.

Also whenever i have a hard drive on the 2nd raid port i get random lockups, i've heard having stuff in pci slot #5 can cause this?

My first question is what is the best bios though, i am using "WW" and running win2k. As i said i can barely overclock to 1.3ghz.

any suggestions would be nice
im running 1 intake 1 exhaust fan, both L1a's, my powersup is also a L1A fan, i have a wbk38 but the fan has been replaced with a H1a, the temps are 24c case, 30c processor, so the heat shouldnt be a problem.

HELP!

This sounds like the problem with via southbridge and large file(supposedly those over 100mg..though I have seen it with smaller files as well) transfer over the ide channels(also worse with 2 HDD)....it is made worse with SBlive...

check to see if there is a bios update..supposedly VIA and mobo manufacturers are working on solution...

Also try downclocking a smalll amount..I found my system seem to run stable at 1400-1405 either 10x140 or 9.5 x 148...but after burning a few cd I checked and file corruption...when I down clocked to 1386..9.5x146..all is fine..part of my problem maybe this data corruption with VIA southbridge...but I am not sure..so I have down clocked to solve my problems and remain stable

BTW..I the VIA southbridge problems will cause corrupt data transfers and random lockup and BSOD
