Help, nothing shows on monitor

i just got a rma'ed board back from newegg. this time it started up. the cpu/heatsink fan and stuff.

i put everything in and then hit the power button. the computer turns on but nothing comes on the monitor. can it be the video card, hard drive or something else? any suggestions will be helpful. thx.
 
First things first: Is the monitor turned on? 😀

But seriously, listen for beep codes, reseat everything (esp. the video card), and try flashing your BIOS. If none of this works, try a different monitor to be sure.
 
oh shoot, the monitor was turned off.

no beeps thought still gonna try to flash the bio. ts. th for ur uggestion.
