Help! Norton Internet Security 2009

Linflas

The damned thing insists on flagging my Ultimate Bootdisk archive because it has 3 items it considers hacktools as part of the package. It has been doing this all along but always gave me the option to click ignore whenever it found it doing a scan. As of yesterday it only gives delete as an option. I have tried to add the directories and the file itself to both the scan and autoprotect exclusions but it still insists on nagging me constantly about this file. Short of telling it to ignore hacktools altogether how do I get it to leave this file alone?

Send bsobel a PM. He works for them and might be able to point you in the right direction.

He usually pops into Norton threads, so he might post here as well.
