HELP New PC

I Just got a new PC (specs below, I have installed a samsung DVD drive and Windows XP beyond what's displayed) and I have a couple of concerns. First, the case has temp readouts for the cpu and hdd which idle around 29 and 35 respectively and I am just wondering if thats ok. So far I've only played morrowind for like a half hour of time at the most and the both went up like 3/4degrees. Second Everynow and then a like brrrrrrr sound lasting maybe 3/4 of a second comes from the case. It sounds like the internal speaker but I'm not that tech savvy so I don't really know, is this something I should be concerned about? Third I've ordered a Asus Extreme x700 pro PCIe card and I'm wondering if I should be concerned about cooling with that. Thanks

bump...i did some reading about wrong cpu temp readings, its high 30s in bios idle and it was 48 after 20minutes of morrowind. Is that bad?
