Just reassembled a working PC...

NF7-S Rev 2.0
Mobile 2500+
2x256 PC4000 HyperX
Enermax 465p PSU

I plug everything in, flip the switch..

fans whir, all lights go on, but no video output and the beep code is just a 2-3 second beep which it repeats... any ideas?

One of the most common problems when building a computer is that the video card is not seated properly. When this is the problem, you get the exact symptoms you describe (beeping is not always the same).
Verifying you have a fully working video card by trying it in another machine if possible, and then reseat your video card in the AGP slot. You are going to have to push down hard, don't be afraid to be forceful, but not too forceful.

The DRAM error is possible, but unlikely. I would look at the video card first. Then the keyboard, then the CPU. Good luck.

unplug all your extra stuff, hard drives, cd drives, floppy, extra pci cards. All you need to test to make sure it works is the mobo, cpu/hsf, ram, and video. If you still get beeps, then maybe re-seat everything. If still problems, test with other cpu, ram, or video.

If you're breaking CPUs then maybe your technique needs some work. What kind of heatsink do you have, for starters?
