HELP!!! New memory halts system claming mismatch

I just bought a Poweredge SC1430, and I got 2 sticks of memory from a well known online retailer.

I got 2 2 gig sticks of Corsair memory, and the sticker telling me what it is is kinda a few centimeters off from where it is on the other stick

I put them in, and the dell halts, saying one of the sticks is 1 gig, the other 2 gig, mismatch.
I reversed the order and it halts, saying 2 gb, 1gb, mismatch

The 1GB stick labels read as follows
CM75FB2048-667/SD
2GB 2RX4 PC2-5300F-555-11-E0-D0
(Barcode)
07160477 -473404

The 2GB stick label read as follows
CM75FB2048-667/SD
2GB 2RX4 PC2-5300F-555-11-E0-D0
(Barcode)
07373438 -979457

This project has been delayed 4 weeks already over getting memory. I bought only 1 stick before, misreading the site and thinking it was a 2gb kit, and they UPS lost that package.... this is the 3rd stick of memory they've sent out. 🙁

Please help!!!!!

Thanks

It actually looks like you got a mis-labeled stick. PM Yellowbeard, he's a Corsair tech, and that's his anandtech account.
