Help, New GfX card

I'm not sure if this is the place to post this but I am trying to make a decision on what to upgrade my AMD Radeon R9 280 3g to. I play neverwinter online but there are some places that are a little choppy for me. I was wondering if someone could give me a link to a chart of new graphics cards and there specs or recommend a new card that is better than my current one. If im going to spend the money I want to make sure it's a few steps up from the one i already have. MSI AMD Radeon R9 280 3g I would like to play on highest graphics setting.

Middle-upper grade i cant spend tons of money but will upgrade the R9 a few levels can someone tell me what I should upgrade to? I dont mind changing companies.

In all honesty, that game is more dependent on your CPU. From Tom's Hardware's review of the game, they made this statement:

At this point, it's pretty clear that Neverwinter needs a pretty quick processor if you want the performance of a reasonably-fast graphics card to shine through. At 1920x1080, it doesn't matter if you have a Radeon HD 7790, GeForce GTX 650 Ti, Radeon HD 7970, or GeForce GTX 680 if you're only using a mid-range Core i5 processor. All of those cards are limited by our CPU, even though it offers four cores and a pretty quick clock rate.

So, the important question is, what CPU are you using? Might as well give the rest of your specs as well, RAM, motherboard, HDD/SSD, and PSU so we can make a proper recommendation.
