HELP!! Network communication problem

i have 14 comps running win xp pro on a network, everything was fine yesterday, but now two of the comps are unable to access the network, i get an error

"(My server) is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept."

???? it was working fine yesterday, please please please help thanks
