Hey, I have a problem and I'm not sure the best way to go about it. I have my HDTV in my room on the top floor, but my computer is in the basement 2 floors down and I want to connect my xbox to Xbox Live but not have to move the xbox downstairs. What equipment/connections do I need to connect to the computer downstairs and how much would it cost about? I'm trying to figure out if its worth the money and work or if I should just live with either no Live or no HD display. Thanks.

A cat 5 run down to the basement.

Wireless network, AP in the basement and a bridge upstaris. Assuming you have good signal quaility.
