Help needed with Philips SA107 Mp3 Player

I need help setting up this MP3 player and Windows XP. I don't have driver conflicts and installed the software like I was supposed to. I also updated it with Windows update. My Pc sees the device but when I fire up Real Player, it does not recognize the device.

I recently went through this and my friend ended up calling philips and come to find out the sa107 is not supported by windows xp. I now have two of them I'm gonna sell on ebay
