I need a wi fi modem/router for my home setup. My requirements are these:

1. it should create a wifi network out my incoming wired broadband connection. I need multiple devices to be logging on to this network simultaneously.
2. it should be able to able to work like a regular modem as well - i.e. with a cable between the modem and my desktop.
3. It must have a usb port into which i can plug my printer and then use it. far as i know this is possible but i don't know how.

i don't need blazing fast network speeds or anything. Upto 1 MB/s for transferring data will be the most i'm ever going to need.

now from what i've heard, all this can be done with one device. how much should i expect it to cost? for instance, would this do it?

also, if i'm not asking too much - what difference in price can i expect if i do go for a modem that will allow me to transfer say, 10 MB/s?

It looks like you in India, so I have no idea how it works there. Here in the U.S. the DSL modem/router that my internet provider provided me (I nought it for $100 US) is Zyxcel C1000Z) and it can do most of that, although I have no idea how to use the USB port. I ended up just setting the modem in bridge mode, and use my own router for my wifi and network printer.
