Help needed to upgrade my PII 300MHz

I have a Dell XPS D300 machine. I want to upgrade to a faster machine. I learned that I can't upgrade to PII chip with this mother board
. I want to go for a new MB. Can you gusy please advise me which one to buy(MoBo) and which chip goes with MoBo or a comobo. If I change MoBo and a chip, can I still use my old video card. Did I missedd anything. Looking for an advise.

Before thinking about installing a new mobo into your Dell case, you will have to see if the case and power supply is generic and not propriatary(specially made for Dell). If the PS or case is not generic, you will not be able to get a standard AT or ATX mobo to fit in, and will require a new case with PS.
