Help needed to build a workstation

Hi everyone,
belated xmas
I'm almost loosing my hair and getting bald thinking which and what to buy to build a workstaion for ,VIDEO editing, ANIMATION, i will be using apps like, 3DS MAX, CINEMA 4D, SONY VEGAS AND ADOBE SUITE.

Currently i've
CPU--- i7 3970x ..(ebay)
PC CASE---- CM 690ii ADV black & white edition (ebay)
CPU COOLER---- CORSAIR H100 (ebay)
MONITOR---- VIEW sonic 23.6''(ebay)

Now wondering with the rest of the part
my plans to get hand on this items are below
GRAPHICS---- amd fire pro v5000//// or v7000 confusion
RAM---- Vengeance 16gb 1800( should i get 32 gb for better performance)
SSD---- 240 SAN DISK...83000 iops read 550mb/ write 510 mb
OPTICAL DRIVER---- LG LG 10x Blu-rAY WRITER
MOTHER BOARD----ASUS X79 INTELX 79 SABERTOOTH
POWER SUPPLY--- DONT KNOW HOW MUCH I NEED
please let me know as my courses will start soon and i've to buy with in 6th of this january..

i'm expecting help from your side as soon as possible both saving my time and money....
