Help Needed Selecting Mid Priced MotherBoard.

Currently i have a Core 2 Duo 6600 and im looking for a mid priced motherboard and a after market heat sink. Any receommenations?

For non-sli, the abit ip35-e is still only $71 after rebate at mwave.
