Help needed identifying burgler!

Strange request, but that's what OT is for, isn't it? 🙂

My father's shop got robbed last night: someone stole a couple of stereos from cars in the lot. He has a webcam set up as a "surveilance" camera, but it doesn't do much good at night (obviously). If anyone that's good at image manipulation can clean up the photos, I'd really appreciate it.

EDIT: I failed to make it clear I'm not expecting much. I'm just posting here to pacify my father's curiousity. Everything's covered under insurance anyway, so it's not a biggie. Obviously, the webcam sucks.

I would say that if you had a lineup of three suspects and the CIA to enhance the images, you could make something of them. Otherwise, no. Too bad his webcam isn't better 🙁
