Just got my new rig setup:
Abit IC7
P4-2.6C - Stock Speeds 4 now
2x 512MB CMX3500C2PT
2x Raptors
Radeon 9800 375/315
Win XP SP1, Catalyst 3.9
Okay, when I boot my machine and play a game all is fine. When I close the game and the go to launch another game/Direct 3D application (WinAmp Visualizations, etc) they either don't work or minimize to the task bar.
Now, this is a fresh install of OS and I had similar problems right before I parted out my NF2/2500+/9600 Pro combo.
Any Ideas??
