Help needed - Cannot print using IE5.5.

If I select Print or Page Setup from the menu the browser freezes with the menu options becoming "ghosted" out. Selecting Print Preview just shows a blank page.😕

Everything used to print fine with IE5.5, the only major thing I remember doing is installing AOL 5.0.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
