Help Needed - Abit SH6 Post Error Message

After OCing my P3-800 to 1066 (with adequate cooling, proc stays at 82 degrees (up from the 79 @ 800MHz), an error message pops up right after post stating that the Processor is unworkable or has been changed, some_more_stuff_here, then to push F1 to continue, DEL to enter setup. Does anyone have any experience with this Motherboard and could tell me how to suppress this message? Any help will be appreciated. thanks.
