Help need to un-quik format!!!!!!

I quik formated a disk that I thought I didn't need and right after relized it had something on it I did need 🙂. Is there anyway to get it back? I know there are was to un-delete things and I think all quik format does is delete but I am not sure. I have been screwing around downloading programs but sofar no luck.


forgot to say its in Win 2k.
