Help! Need to setup screensavers w/ passwords

Ok
We have about 900 pc's. For some reason, the management wants them all to have screensavers with the same password (makes sense, huh? - NOT!)
Anyway, instead of gertting the LAN guys to make a gpo for this, I have to do it locally.
I am not sure where to start. I have tried searching google for info on where windows stores this password, and how in the world am I going to create a batch file to enable this thing, and after how many minutes. Any help would be appreciated.
thx

Well, since "any advice" will help.... (I am not a lan guru at all)
right-click on the desktop---->properties-------->screensaver tab------->select "password protected" or something like that.

I know that what you want is possible... when I log on to my workstation at work it always loads the defaults selected be the administrators. The desktop background, the stupid office toolbar, and the password-protected screensaver are all loaded. However, the password for the screensaver is the same as my logon password. We use NT 4.0 (bleah!). So I imagine if all 900 users have the same logon password you would be good to go.
