HELP need to know what neosporin is in chinese

I have a few cuts and scrapes and I want to buy some antibiotic ointment, but when I say antibiotic in chinese(kangshengsu) they bring me a cippro knockoff and when I say ointment (yaogao) they bring me these large tubes of god knows what. Anybody know of a brand or the proper name for it so I can get a little 1 oz tube of neosporin or the like?

BTW, neosporin is the product name, so I don't think it translates to Chinese.

Searching for China Neosporin on Google just brings up lots of sites saying to bring it with you if you're traveling there.

This makes me think you're SOL.

neosporin isn't very good anyways.
You should get some betadine. All hospitals use it as an antibiotic ointment.

k anyways, in all serouisness, this is what I do:
Get rubbing alcohol, rub area w/ rubbing alcohol and sterile cloth. Then, I proceed to lick it to cover it in my saliva.
Rinse repeat throughout the day.

And besides, you guys DO NOT KNOW rubbing alcohol PAIN until you've applied it to your butthole area.
The first time I tried it, I was on the floor, incapacitated with pain, followed by extreme relief of the pain going away. It's a real rush. (of course, i had a cut via..umm, well, umm, well..anyways, had to disinfect down there. AND NO, I DO NOT APPLY SALIVA THERE. ONLY ON WOUNDS LIKE ON THE ARM.)

That isn't what Neosporin contains; Neosporin is neomycin, polymyxin B and bacitracin zinc.

Bacitracin will work. Just clean water with soap should protect just as well as long as you covr it with a sterile dressing.

BandAid has a cream for nicks and cuts, I picked some up while I was in Beijing several years back. It is basically Neosporin. Unfortunatly, I no longer have that tube. HERE is a scan of the box of Chinese bandaids I do have.

I have no idea how to pronounce it.

I really hope this helps. Otherwise, MaoTai will kill anything.

That isn't what Neosporin contains; Neosporin is neomycin, polymyxin B and bacitracin zinc.

It's not the same thing, but it has essentially the same function as neosporin.
