Someone in one of the threads said it was a wolf spider (but that's what my friend thinks he captured...it's a bit smaller). He said someone told him those pics are a Texas Tarantula??

sorry...I'm not about to go researching it...I can't stand to look at those pics...esp. this late at night while about to go to bed! :Q

Oh, Millennium?? Care to do some research for us??

:D

How do you kill something like that? You can't just grab it with a tissue... You have to st@b the MF. I mean I don't really mind spiders as they eat the other nasty bugs in my apartment, but if I found something like that, it would need to die.

Texas.....Texas!?!? Ah damn! That's where I'm at right this minute on business. If I see one of those fvckers in my hotel room tonight, I'm jumping out the window.

Thank god we don't have anything that size in NY.... spiders never bothered me until one bit my on my toe. It felt about 20 times worse than getting stung by any hornet or bee that has ever stung me.

That ain't no wolf spider.

We have them here but they are ground dwellers. They don't make webs because they literally run down their prey and bite it to death. They are fairly big, usually no more then an inch or 2 across. They are stout hairy little buggers. And fast too.

Even though if given the chance that spider would sink it's fangs into your skull and turn your brain into a cerebellum flavored protien drink? You must be a Drow.

I saw this thread... I didn't want to click but I did. You are all bastards. Everyone of you. Spiders scare me more than anything. If I saw a spider that big I would make a coat out of it or something. :(
