Help... Need to convert mpeg and quicktime to either mp3, wav, or cda

Hey guys,
I'm making a cd for my aunt and she has a song in both mpeg and quicktime and I need to find a way to convert these files in either mp3, wav, or cda If someone could help me out, we'd both appreciate it! Thanks alot!

You can't download the song off of Morpheus or elsewhere?

Otherwise you could get TMPGenc and output audio only from the mpeg. You will need lame also to output in mp3.

No, I can't get htem of morp. or somthing because their very rare songs, and hard to find... Thanks tho
