Help!! Need someone to get dll unzipped for me.

I am stuck at a node with no winzip, and I can't instal winzip/winrar, I need packet.dll. But unforetunately I can't unzip it, I looked on google but everything is zipped, If someone could get it unzip it and put it somewhere I could get it, I would really appreciate it. Ohh and Maleficus would appreciate it too, but he doesn't want to look noob in asking so I did.
