HELP! Need help with Linksys WAP BEFW11S4

I've been using this router for a while now, but I just moved and all my settings got reset and I'm with a new cable provider now (RoadRunner/TimeWarner San Diego, CA)

I have two main concerns:
1) I'd like every user connected to the router to be able to have access to all ports. I want to be able to run identd and use the file transfer function in AIM.

2) I've noticed that a few times a day my connection dies for 1-5 minutes and then returns. All the lights on the cable modem are normal and the cable company said that all diagnostics came back normal.
