HELP! Need help recovering lost data from crashed HD...

I have already tried EasyRecovery and that is not helping. Any other methods? Is there anyway to run scandisk in WinXP? I can't do it from a 98 boot disk because it is an NTFS partition. THanks is advance.
 
you can try runtime.org..they have an NT tool..it will show you what can be recovered..but to recover it you have to buy it
