HELP Need Heatsink for p4 that doesn't use clips on the board

the p4s333 i bought will not hold the heatsink down properly. the clips mounted into the board where originally taken off by the owner and now don't hold down the retail heatsink properly. Can anybody recommend a heatsink that will work without the clips mounted into the motherboard. thanks a bunch
