Hiii OT people,

I was using fileden and was connecting to another persons media player, which used to play my .flv files. I always though of downloading the player from that guys website and using it on mine. I now found out that he has taken off his website / or website is down and my videos are not playing .:-(((((

does anyone here have an idea as to where I can use a free flv video player from...also what should I do..can i just download the file and upload it to some host from where it could be streamed to myspace????Thnx much and have a good day

hey thnx for the help, but I already have a flv convertor. I have flv files hosted on fileden and was using a media player from another persons fileden account to play the flv files on myspace. Now that other persons account is closed, or maybe he exceededhis bandwidth limit. so I am unable to access the mediaplayer.swf file he had in his account.

Now where can I get this .swf file that would play any .flv files [VIDEOS]. I see examples of hosted mp3 players but I cant seem to find one for a .flv video player

Ok, you're talking about two different things. Use IE to play your swf files and FLV Player to play your flv files.

If that's not what you are looking for, post the site so I can see what you're talking about.

You might want to check out FLV-Scrubber, allows you to pass in a path to an flv file to play. It's not the most glamorous player in the world, but it should cover what you want to do.
