Ok this is what I have:
I run a program called batch blitz, works great, but even though I am using win2k, the program won't do long filenames, so I have to improvise.
Here is where I need to get:
\\pcname\c$\Documents and Settings\attbostrn\Start Menu
this is what I got:
\\%1\c$\Docume~1\attbos~2 (I can get this far, even copy to desktop)
But I need to get a file in the start menu......I don't know the 8.3 for start menu
