my crystal report server ran out of space. the problem is the input/output folders have grown out of control.
the problem is if i delete the subfolders under input/output it will affect external customers and they may not get their schduled reoccuring report.
but i have to knock the size of these folders down asap.
is there anybody here who knows a better way to manage these folders? yes i have talked to crystal about this but their tech support has become pretty much useless over the past year.
