Help: need a good video card for DV editing

Can anyone help in my selection of a solid card for DV editing. I'm not big on games, although I do play games every now and then. (I was happy with the performance of my Voodoo 3 3000 tweaked with Wicked 3D drivers.) I don't want to spend a whole load of money, I was looking at a budget of $100-200: preferably, in the $100 range. I just got a firewire card, so I'm not looking for anything like the VIVO Radeon.
