HELP!! Need a good MoBo for overclocking!

I've gotten recommendations on the P3V4X and the CUV4X (ASUS boards). The P3V4X is a slot 1 board, and it looks like it has a lot of awards. The other one is a socket 370, which would use a slocket.
I've heard using a slocket is much better for overclocking. Can someone please help?
(this is for a PIII 700 )
