Help - Need 98SE upgrade

I know this probably isn't allowed, but I'm in a huge pinch. I've got an app that needs to be installed first thing tomorrow, but it required Win98SE. I've got Win98 on the PC but not SE. I've got Win98SE CDs, but they won't work because they aren't upgrades, and I don't have time or want to install Win98SE and then all of the apps that are already on the PC.

Can anyone help me get Win98SE upgrade ASAP?

I'm sorry if this isn't allowed.
 
Did you actually try the win98se CD? or are you assuming it won't work?

Seems like it should offer you the choice to upgrade if it detects an existing (prior) win installation.
