Help, mysterious new network connection!

I was checking my network connections this morning, and saw the usual ones. But there was also a new one called "xxx sex". Any idea how this got there? My brother has used my computer, but has no idea how to set up network connections. Maybe he visited a porn site and clicked "yes" to a pop-up active X prompt? What do you think it did? Was anyone using my internet connection?

Do I need a firewall? I have a cable connection, but I am not networked with any other computers, and keep file sharing off. Am I still at risk?
 
The connection or the post? I have deleted the connection. Just want to know how it got there, and what purpose it had.
