Help my Win2k ...

I had Win2k installed and worked fine since last week after installed. However the system crashes and reboot itself after I tried to visit dialpad and download the necessary plugin. Then the next time I start my Win2k the following error message pop out:


C:\winnt\system32 device driver could not be loaded. Error status was 0xc0000020


I tried reinstall driver for my sound card, video card, directX8a, Winmedia player 7.1 but still can't solve the problem. I really have no idea what was wrong... Please help
