HELP! My W2k3 is crashing every ~4 hours

I have the list of patches I installed at another location, and will list them in an hour or two.

We installed Windows Server 2003 Standard on a usual Dell 4600 box, and it's been working great for a year. Runs 4 instances of SQL 2k, AD, DNS, and Terminal Server,

The box was previous updated to Service Pack 1.
I installed 8 patches, and it now seems very slow.. eventually it will drop all connections. When I'm in front of it, I'm unable to turn on the monitor, or even change the lock lights on the keyboard.

Turning it off/on seems to fix the issue temporarrly.
I'm uninstalled all of the patches from add/remove programs, but to no avail.

Please help

You're sure you've removed all the patches?

Any unusual entries/errors in the event log?

If you dont find a speedy resolution you may want to contact Microsoft PSS; they dont charge for hotfix issues.

Wow that's a lot of services, and by "usual Dell 4600 box" I'm assuming you mean a PowerEdge 4600 (as opposed to a Dimension 4600)?

Thank you for your responces..

I've just got off the phone w/ PSS, who transfered me to their Performance Team.
On a hunch, I tried to call our fax line, since we used Shared Fax Service.. Sure enough it stopped responding..

Thanks again.

(We do run all of the above on a Dimention 4600, with 1.5gig memory. Server-class hardware was not in our budget.)
