Help: My unmodded Xbox freezes when I try to load my Project Gotham Racing 2 profile.

Anyone know what the deal is, or a possible fix? It's an Xbox manufactured on 2002-07-18 with the Thompson drive, and whenever I put it PGR2 and try to "Start sully's Game" the system locks up.

The last thing I tried to do was create a custom soundtrack. I deleted the songs in it so the soundtrack is empty...hmm.

Try copying your profile to a memory card, deleting that PGR2 profile, then copying the profile back over. If it still freezes up, take that profile to a friend's house to check there as well.
