About a week ago, the computer my parents uses just stopped working. My mom turned it on, and instead of the nice bootup screen, the monitor remained black and after a pause there was a long beeping sound. The sound repeats itself periodically.
I've tried lots of stuff already. I disconnected everything except the video, ram and CPU, I reset the CMOS, I even looked in the manuel. I just don't know what else I can try. Anyone have any ideas?
